The Miracle for God’s Salvation (Jos 9:22-27)
(Intro)
It’s good to see you. Greet those around you. Have you had a good week? Today’s title is “The Miracle for God’s Salvation”. People put their focus on their hard work. What about people who invest in stocks? They look at market prices and try to gain success. What about business investors? In order to gain a lot of money, they work hard. There are young people who enter into big companies. In order to be promoted, they give their life during their 20s. What about parents who educated their children? In order to help their kids be accepted into good schools, they do everything for them and take care of them. The parents wake them up and drive them everywhere. People try so hard and invest to get something back. What about God? There is something you need to confirm. You need to realize that God mobilized everything to save mankind. God will not reject anyone who invests in salvation.
1. God mobilized everything for the salvation of mankind
(1) God mobilized the heavenly armies, and the Holy Spirit took place (Heb 1:14)
(2) The Israelites, prophet, priest king and many sacrificial offerings in earth (Rom 1:2)
(3) The son of God, Jesus Christ came to this earth and gave up His life (Mk 10:45)
You will see the Gibeonites came to Joshua. They said that they came from afar and asked for mercy. At this time, Joshua accepted that request but did not inquire of the LORD. After 3 days, Joshua realized that the GIbeonites lied, so people complained. God said to get rid of them all. That is how they were supposed to take over the land. If the Gibeonites were supposed to live, they had to give a portion. As it is recorded, the Gibeonites were woodcutters and water carriers for the community and for the altar of the LORD. You will see that the Gibeonites wanted to be saved. What about the people in the world? How would they show it in the movies? It was not like this. But, the Gibeonites asked for forgiveness and mercy. They put their pride down. They were begging before Joshua. You will see why it was recorded in detail. You need to know. What is God’s desire? God mobilized everything for the salvation of mankind. God has given this gift, which is salvation of mankind. Why do you think that God saved them? Mankind needs salvation. Original man was supposed to be with God. Because they were created with God’s image, they enjoyed everything. The incident of separation arose. That is why they lost God’s presence. Their spirit was dead and only their body was alive. If their physical body is dead, their spirit will go to hell. That is why they lost God’s righteousness. They lost ahold of God’s blessings. Mankind continues to commit sin so curses are bound to come. They lost God’s authority. Mankind was supposed to rule over everything, like God. However, they lost God’s authority so they are bound by Satan. Mankind has to live under fate and destiny. Man is bound by fundamental problems, so they need God’s salvation. This fundamental problem isn’t publicly announced; it is Satan’s strategy. God knew this would happen. Everyone is too busy to see Satan’s strategy. That’s why it is recorded in the Bible. A lot of things arose when the Bible was recorded. Many people were martyred when the Bible was interpreted. Only the Bible exposes Satan’s strategy. Amazing blessings follow when you read and follow the Bible. It is recoded in Revelations 1:3. “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.” Mankind is seized by unknown fundamental problems. It is written in the Bible, and you must know it. God has raised the church to do this errand. Unfortunately, the church doesn’t speak of this. People want to come to church to be comforted. We need to know the accurate solution. The 66 books of the Bible talk about this. Mankind is separated from God and are bound by sin and darkness. As they live on this earth, they live a cursed life. You need to get out of there! “I will send my son and He will complete the work of Christ.” Even if you don’t complete the work of Christ, you will be blessed if you believe in Him. Only the Bible speaks of this. The Church has to talk about this, as well as the servant of God. God mobilized everything to save mankind. He mobilized everything in heaven. He mobilized the assets of the spiritual world. He mobilized the armies of angels and informed Mary that she would be with a child. When Jesus fasted for 40 days and nights, the angels were mobilized. After finishing His fasting, they were with Him. After His death, angels were with Him. When He ascended, armies of angels were with Him. He was born with the Holy Spirit and had its powers. Also, He granted the power of the Holy Spirit to church. In order to save mankind, He mobilized everything in Heaven and brought it to earth. Furthermore, He mobilized everything in this earth, which is visible. He called Israelites and used their prophets, priests and kings. You will see that many prophets, priests and kings died in order to explain the salvation of mankind. He got animals to sacrifice in order to explain salvation. He gathered and killed everything to explain His salvation for mankind. At the end, you will see that He gave His only son. Jesus Christ went through humiliation. He was even whipped. He was promised a thorn crown and nailed. They put a spear through His ribs. This is how the Son of God died to save us. Why? It is because He saved us. We could only explain that because He loved us. You could see that God sacrificed Himself for us. He died for our sin as the king of kings. God demonstrated His love for us while we were sinners. You are sitting here and giving worship to God. God loves us and saved us. In order to do so, He will mobilize everything. Believe and enjoy it. Even parents sacrifice themselves for their kids, but no one sacrifices themselves to the extent that God did. There is no one like God. I bless that you may discover God. God mobilized everything for us, so just put it to action to save people, God will save them all. The Gibeonites were supposed to be wiped out. They lied and came to Joshua for forgiveness. God was with Joshua. God allowed Joshua to make a mistake. It was God’s plan through Joshua’s mistake to save the Gibonites. If you read the proceeding chapters, God didn’t question Joshua. Only the people complained, not God. Of course, you need to pray before God. However, in order to save people, God allowed Joshua to make a mistake. God’s salvation is precious. What must we do? In order to gain and enjoy God’s salvation, put yourself in God’s scale.
2. Ask with all of your heart to gain salvation from God and enjoy it
(1) The ladies that sincerely asked for salvation from disease (Mk 7:25-30, Lk 8:43-48)
(2) The people who asked for salvation as they overcome themselves and the limitations of their situations (Lk 19:4, Mk 2:4)
(3) The centurions who asked for the Lord’s salvation as they gave up their dignity and reputation (Mt 8:8-10, Ac 10:25-26)
There are many people in the Bible. In Mark 7, there was a Greek woman who heard about Jesus. Her daughter was demon-possessed. She went to Jesus. What did Jesus say? “First let the children eat all they want," he told her, "for it is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs." Jesus rejected and humiliated her. He degraded her. Then she replied. "Yes, Lord, but even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs." Then Jesus told her, "For such a reply, you may go; the demon has left your daughter." What is the reason why it is recorded in the Bible? She was insulted, but she endured that in order to receive God’s salvation, grace and healing. Today, people are filled with selfishness so we need to learn from this woman. In Luke 8, there was a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She tried to go forward to Jesus. She touched the edge of His cloak and He asked who touched him. Jesus said that He felt power go out of Him. Jesus told her that her faith as healed her and to go in peace. She was earnest and touched Him once. I bless that you will have this kind of faith. In Luke 19, there was a man named Zacchaeus who was a tax collector. He wanted to see Jesus. He went up on a tree. He had a lot of money. But, to see Jesus, he went up on a tree. He put down everything and went up. Jesus saw him right away. He called him. Jesus said that He must stay at Zacchaeus’ house. He came down at once and welcomed Jesus gladly. He was so earnest enough to go up on a tree, despite the fact that he had a physical limitation and social face. In Mark 2, some men came, bringing to him a paralytic, carried by four of them. There were so many people so they couldn’t see Jesus. The paralytic was put on a roof and carried him down. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus and, after digging through it, lowered the mat the paralyzed man was lying on. They wanted to see Jesus even though they compensated the house owner for damage. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” Their physical limitations were put down for Jesus. The heart that longs for God’s salvation and answer is miracle. Because people have pride and excuse, they lose ahold of God’s answers. People never sincerely examine the situation and come to God in a modestly, they just fall into discouragement. If you have the posture to see God, it is a miracle. Jesus told people to believe in their faith. I hope that you will be filled with the faith that God desires. Enter inside of Him and His heart. Why must we do this? God has opened everything for us. He has opened everything. It is in Mt. 27. When Jesus died, the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. What is the curtain of the temple? It is meant to block the entrance, but now it is torn. When Jesus died, He opened all the doors of heaven. He will show us the things of heaven. I bless that you will enter inside of that blessing. Only the priest can offer sacrifices to God before Jesus died. However, in 1 Peter 2:9, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” As a son of God, we have the blessing of the priest through Jesus Christ. We are able to enter the temple of God. Those who are saved have become priests. It is called “Universal priesthood” It is recorded in Matthew 16. God has given Peter the keys to the kingdom of heaven. We have the key to heaven, which is Jesus Christ. You will give all glory to God. Whatever you ask in His name will be given. Also, in 2 Co 6:2, "In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.” It means that God’s grace and salvation are opened and prepared. I explained this last week. It is like an arrow waiting to be shot. When you confess that Jesus is the Christ, God will shoot the blessing of arrow. In Mt. 11:12, “the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.” Just like you break the door of heavenly warehouse and take whatever you want, the Bible tells us that just enter inside of heave and take the blessing of heaven! There is something that God desires. Realize the value of salvation correctly! Long for the grace of heaven! Seek the answers of God earnestly! It is the immense blessing which was traded by Jesus’ death. The true grace from God is from above. When you receive God’s answers, you will save everything. I bless that you will have victory. Resolve all misunderstandings regarding this that you have! God has opened everything through Jesus Christ. Most of people are not aware of this blessing of salvation. So, they block this blessing of salvation by their nature and legalism. That is why God needs evangelists. "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” God has prepared everything for everybody, even the people of Gibeon. He will bless those who spread the blessing of salvation.
3. God mobilizes all blessings to the evangelists who share the gospel
(1) They will be rewarded for what they have done (Det 25:4, 1 Co 9:8-10, Lk 10:7)
(2) Until the end of the world, the Lord will always be with them (Mt 28:20)
(3) They will receive the eternal crown from the heaven (Phil 4:1, 1The 2:19)
God mobilizes blessings to evangelists who share the Gospel. Even if you work for someone, you will be compensated. It is the same with God. It is recorded in Deuteronomy 25:4. “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” The cow or ox is working the field. You should let it eat. Do you think that God will not reward you? That’s why Paul quoted this in 1 Corinthians 9:8, “Do I say this merely from a human point of view? Doesn't the Law say the same thing? For it is written in the Law of Moses: "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain." Is it about oxen that God is concerned? Surely he says this for us, doesn't he? Yes, this was written for us, because when the plowman plows and the thresher threshes, they ought to do so in the hope of sharing in the harvest.” He is talking about an evangelist. Also, Jesus said this in Lk. 10:7, “Stay in that house, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages” The Bible says that you will be paid. In my personal opinion, God has OCD. God would repay everything. What about us? We often forget God’s grace. He will not just let it pass. Ho would calculate everything and repay it. There is one more blessing that God talks about. He said He would be with us until the end. What does the Bible talk about in the last days? It is recorded that surprising things will occur and tribulation and persecution will come. However, He will be with us until the end in Matthew 28:18-20. Those who make disciples will be with Jesus. What is a disciple? It is a one who go to the field and find and raise a disciple and makes them be church-centered. It said that He would be with them until the end. I bless that you will have victory. You will also be rewarded in heaven. It is recorded in Philippians 4 and 1 Thessalonians 2. “Therefore, my brothers, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, that is how you should stand firm in the Lord, dear friends!” “For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you?” Preaching the Gospel of salvation is the compensation of this earth and the reward of heaven. I hope that you will have faith that salvation is amazing.

How much effort should you give for God’s salvation? Enter deeply into it. If you have not done anything for God’s grace and salvation, then do it today. You will realize something. You may understand, but you cannot put it into action. You receive grace and when time passes, you will come back to your old nature. What does it mean? We need to concentrate on our training. Then, your incorrect imprints will change. You will be rooted deeply. If not, then nothing is possible. That is why we did 40 days intensive training. We train ourselves by reading the Bible, meditating on pulpit message and praying for evangelism. If you don’t do this, everyone returns back to their old nature. You would still go to heaven, but you would be bound by darkness on this earth. We need training. You would receive answers depending on your training. There are many soldiers. The training for soldiers and generals are different. Let us confess to realize God’s salvation. Let us realize the value of the blessing of salvation. Salvation was traded for the life of Jesus. Let us long for God’s grace. What is more precious than jewels? It is God’s grace. Let us ask God’s answers. God’s answer is more vital than our efforts. The Gospel noble family are ones who know the value of salvation.

God, I long for your grace. I live on this earth, but I need grace from Heaven. I need blessing of salvation. Please open the door of heaven. Help me to enjoy everything in the name of Jesus Christ. Help me to have a new beginning. Help me to be inside of your power and have victory. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.
Please mobilize everything so that I may share the message of salvation and send the Holy Spirit along with Angels just like you did with many of your people
Please allow me to enjoy salvation with all my heart and overcome circumstances
